To make the most of your experience and ensure you're comfortable throughout the retreat, here’s a quick checklist of what to bring and prepare:
#### **Mindset Preparation**
- Come with an open heart and mind, ready to embrace new experiences and insights.
- Reflect on what you’d like to focus on during the retreat—goals, growth, or personal breakthroughs—and bring your intentions with you.
#### **What to Bring**
- **Comfortable Clothing**: Light, breathable, and flexible clothing for meditation, movement sessions, and optional morning workouts.
- **Yoga Mat or Towel**: For laying down during meditations or outdoor sessions (if desired).
- ** Water**: Stay hydrated throughout the event.
- **Snacks**: Bring light snacks to keep your energy up between sessions.
- **Notebook or Journal**: For taking notes during mindset and strategy sessions, and to jot down personal reflections. We recommend bringing the one you used during Recharge & Refocus II.
- **Pillow or Cushion**: If your retreat offers vocal healing, a pillow will be needed. One will be provided, but if you prefer a different one, please bring it.
- **Sunscreen and Hat**: For outdoor activities and meditations, if applicable.
- **Comfortable Shoes**: Perfect for walking, exploring, or the optional excursions.
- **Swimsuit**: If the retreat includes water-based activities, such as the boat excursion.
#### **Optional Items**
- **Portable Blanket or Shawl**: To stay cozy during meditations.
