Who is this event for?
Anyone who wants to take a break, recharge, and learn new skills to improve their daily life.
What do I need for the virtual event?
Your undivided attention, a comfortable space and a few basic supplies for the crafting portion of the event. If you are attending in-person, supplies for crafting will be provided.
How can I prepare?
We recommend bringing water, snacks, and anything else you may need to make you comfortable for a 4-hour segment. Dress in layers. The air conditioning could be at full force or it could be off. Some people prefer laying down on the floor for the meditation portion- if this is you, bring something to lay on.
What if I can’t make the event?
It’s all good. We understand life happens. Refunds aren’t given, but if you reach out to our team at hello@22elevate.com, we can reschedule you for a future event.
