Who is this event for?
Anyone who wants to take a break, recharge, and learn new skills to improve their daily life. However, it is not recommended for those that are pregnant more than 3 months because the heavy breathing can cause stress to the body.
Why attend?

What can I expect?
Most people experience clarity and/or energy releases throughout our session. Some people leave feeling refreshed and some people purge energy.
What should I bring?
We will be in meditation mode for most of the time. Bring something to lay down or sit on. We recommend a yoga mat to lay down on, pillows, water, chapstick, and a blanket (or two).
Who shouldn’t attend?
If you are more than 3 months pregnant, it is advised that you come to our event after the pregnancy as intense breathing can induce labor.
What if I can’t make the event?
It’s all good. We understand life happens. Rrefunds aren’t given, but if you reach out to our team at hello@22elevate.com, we can reschedule you for a future event.
